Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Quality Software by Design for software development, consulting, or IT infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Quality Software by Design provides custom software development, mobile and web applications, business process automation, IT infrastructure services, and consulting.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur fees. We reserve the right to pause work if invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables become the client's property. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and frameworks.

5. 6-Month Warranty

We fix bugs and defects in delivered software at no additional cost for 6 months from final delivery. Excludes client modifications, environmental changes, or new features.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party service failures.
